Where does Khalifa ship?

We ship across India to serviceable pin codes.

How long does dispatch take?

Most ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order or preorder products may have a different timeline stated on the product page.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery generally takes about 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier serviceability.

How do I track my order?

Tracking details are shared after your order is dispatched. You can also visit our Track Order page for guidance.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

COD may be available for eligible orders and serviceable locations. The available payment methods will be shown at checkout.

Sizing

How do I choose my size?

Use the Size Guide and compare it with a well-fitting garment you already own. If you are between sizes or unsure about the fit, contact us before ordering.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes. Eligible orders include one free size exchange, subject to availability and the conditions in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return window?

Eligible items can be requested for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Is there a return fee?

A ₹99 return fee applies to eligible change-of-mind returns. If we sent the wrong item, or the product arrived damaged or defective, Khalifa covers the return or replacement logistics.

What condition must the item be in?

Returned items must be unused, unwashed and returned with original tags intact. Refunds are processed after quality inspection.

How are refunds issued?

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method after approval. COD refunds are processed to the customer’s UPI or bank account.
