Khalifa ships across India to serviceable pin codes. The timelines below are general estimates and may vary by destination, product availability and courier conditions.
Dispatch
Ready-to-ship orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Products marked Made to Order or Preorder may have a different dispatch timeline stated on the product page.
Delivery
Delivery generally takes approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier serviceability.
Tracking
Tracking details are shared after dispatch using the contact information provided at checkout.
Address Changes
Address changes can only be requested before dispatch. Once an order has entered the shipping network, we may not be able to redirect it.
Delivery Attempts & RTO
Please ensure your contact and delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the shipment. If a shipment is returned to origin because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal or another customer-caused issue, a reshipping charge may apply.
Lost Shipments
If a courier confirms that an eligible shipment has been lost in transit, Khalifa will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Shipping Charges & COD
Any applicable shipping charge, free-shipping benefit or COD availability will be shown before you complete checkout. We do not add undisclosed shipping charges after an order is placed.
